• Built a full web portal for uploading and managing telecom tariffs single-handedly — backend, frontend, CI/CD and production rollout (delivered).
• Re-architected and cloudified a legacy enterprise application, deployed it on the client's infrastructure and provide ongoing production support — improving reliability, scalability and maintainability (delivered).
• Rewriting an enterprise legacy Java Swing GUI application into a modern web application on Java 26: a configuration-driven framework where forms, menus and most business logic are generated dynamically from YAML config, database-agnostic across Oracle and PostgreSQL (in progress).
• Removed several thousand lines of redundant business-logic code through systematic refactoring, reducing maintenance complexity and speeding up core processing workflows.
